A Utah man who claimed he could dodge bullets and then challenged his buddy to shoot him in the chest, won't ever be making that claim again.
Police arrested 23-year-old Ashton Jonathan Mann on one count of second-degree felony manslaughter. They say he and his friend had been smoking marijuana and the victim started bragging that he could dodge a bullet. Mann then allegedly drew a weapon and shot him in the chest.
To his credit, he DID dodge 6 shots until a mis-fire got him.
He called police and when officers arrived, they found the victim with a gunshot wound to the chest and lying on the floor. He was rushed to the hospital but was pronounced dead.Â
