So the below video of an Eagles fan voluntarily putting horse poop into his mouth as fellow revelers cheered him on is notable—beyond how terrifically gross it is—because it might not be illegal!
You'd think the fan would immediately regret doing that, but by the looks of that s**t-eating grin, maybe not!
